Alongside his creative career, Jordan has transitioned into I.T as a technical support analyst, combining his strong communication skills, fast-paced problem-solving ability, and user-focused mindset with hands-on technical knowledge across enterprise systems and support environments. He has experience troubleshooting software, hardware, network connectivity, VPN, and Microsoft 365 issues, while working with platforms including Active Directory, ServiceNow, MS Azure, CXOne, and remote support technologies.
